Interests

My program of research involves investigating the link between mindfulness and couple and family relationships. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the development, application, and evaluation of mindfulness-based interventions that are integrated into a family systems framework. I enjoy collaborating with researchers from different disciplines and engaging undergraduate- and graduate-level students in academic research.
