Why did you choose your program?
After going through the undergraduate sport management program, I quickly learned that my skills and passions fall in the world of sports operations. I knew that earning my master's degree in sport management would help me gain knowledge and skillsets that will improve my future working in the sports industry.
What's your favorite part of your program?
I enjoy taking courses that involve planning for my future career. These classes involved analyzing my strengths and weaknesses, improving my professionalism, or preparing for things like busy schedules and interviews.
What do you want to do after you graduate?
I landed a job in Jacksonville, Florida, as the new Events and Operations Specialist for Sport Media Technology. I will organize and develop schedules, itineraries, and travel reports for the company. I will also get the opportunity to travel the world and be hands-on at events like the US Open, PGA Tour, and the Olympics.
