Morgan Jones (Sport Management B.S. student) was chosen to serve on a committee to select the new ACC commissioner. Jones is just one of five student athletes to serve on the committee and will join FSU President Thrasher as representatives from the university. Jones is regarded as a standout defensive player for the Seminoles and recorded a team-high 19 blocked shots, which helped the team make it to the ACC Championship game before the coronavirus cancelled the tournament.

Chandra Myrick (Higher Education M.S. '02, current Ph.D. student) was promoted to Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Life & Executive Director for University Housing at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. In her new position, Myrick will provide oversight and management for the Office of Assessment & Strategic Initiatives.
