Culturally Relevant Leadership Learning

The culturally relevant leadership learning (CRLL) model supports leadership educators as they critically challenge the programs they design and facilitate to implement an assets-based approach to teaching and learning with students of various cultural backgrounds in mind.

The Leadership Learning Research Center emphasizes these approaches in our research and teaching practices.
