    Featuring Dr. Christopher Janelle, Professor, Department of Applied Physiology & Kinesiology, University of Florida; and Dr. Duncan Simpson, Assistant Head of Mental Conditioning, IMG Academy. Dr. Janelle’s keynote is entitled “Emotional motions: How emotions impact the translation of intention to action” and Dr. Simpson’s keynote is “Failing to plan is planning to fail: How to develop a mental training program.”

    Early Bird registration fee:
    Registration form completed and check received by February 2nd, 2018: $40

    Regular registration fee:
    Registration form completed and check received before arrival: $50

    Registration will not be complete until both check and registration form have been received. If either of these is not received by February 2nd, 2018, attendee will be charged the regular registration fee.

    We are seeking submission for five types of presentations. Please review the abstract guidelines below before submitting your presentation.

    • Panels
      • Panels provide an opportunity for experts to share their knowledge or expertise on a particular topic or issue of interest. Panels should consist of 3 to 5 members as well as a moderator who will be leading the session. Panels will be 60 minutes in length including audience interaction and questions.
    • Lecture
      • Lecture sessions allows a single speaker to present research topics, applied materials, or intervention techniques to conference attendees. Lecture presentations will be 15 minutes in length, with 12 minutes of presentation, and 3 minutes for questions.
    • Symposium
      • Symposia include presentation by 3 to 5 individual organized around a particular topic. Symposia sessions are 60 minutes long. Symposia abstracts should outlining a description of the topic and the purpose of the presentation.
    • Workshop
      • Workshops are intended to provide opportunities for attendees to share professional practice strategies through demonstrations. Workshop sessions are 60 minutes long. Workshop abstracts must include learning objective, teaching methods, specific techniques, and materials to be shared with workshop participants.
    • Poster
      • Poster presentations allows attendees to present research findings, applied material, or techniques in an atmosphere which promotes interaction. Presenter will be expected to present their poster for the full poster session.

    Deadline for abstract submissions has been extended to January 22nd, 2018, 11:59pm EST. Abstract notifications will be sent by January 29th, 2018. Click here for abstract submission.
